Fitness Industry Updates - INBA Sportmodel Winner!

The 2011 INBA S.A Sportmodel title was won by Shape Up competitor Sarah Davis in April this year.
Sarah undertook a tough regime of dieting and training, designed by Dayni here at Shape Up, and it certainly paid off. Feedback from the judges was that Sarah presented the best package of a Sports model they had ever seen in an Adelaide line up.
Sarah had only been training hard for 6 weeks before coming to Shape Up. With the direction of hard, strict training and an eating plan to suit, Sarah dramatically changed her look over 6 months. She plans to compete at ANB titles in Queensland at the end of May and also on the National stage in October, with a placing there seeing her be able to stand on an international stage amongst the best in the world.
