Saturday mornings at 8am have been pumping with our new boxing class.

It's a high energy, non-stop boxing style class that runs for 30 minutes, but be prepared to work hard in that time! From boxing and kicking combinations with a partner, to traditional boxing exercises such as push ups, ab work, skipping, squatting and lunging you will move non-stop between stations for the entire time.

The class is free to members and non-members are welcome to join in for only $12.50 p.p

Alex,  who runs the class has been involved in martial arts for 10 years and is also available for one-on-one and partner kick boxing training.
