We specialise in high intensity one-on-one 30 minute sessions to ensure time efficiency and maximum results.

• Our 60 and 45 Minute Sessions are tailored to suit you and your goals and can include strength training, cardio-fitness, flexibility and boxing if desired.

New to Shape Up is our outdoor "Commando Training" with Sargeant Nick. Performed using tyres, ropes, sand bags, sledgehammers, jerry cans etc, this style of training incorporates all functional movements and will see you burning maximum calories in only 30 minutes. Only 6 people per class.
