Congratulations to all the Shape Up body building competitors for 2011 & 2010!
The April INBA and NABBA saw two of our girls both place 1st & 2nd.

During the September and October months of 2010 there have been many body building competitions here in Adelaide and interstate.
Our Shape Up competitors have all performed magnificently, taking home 1st, 2nd and 3rd placings.
