We now have two very different styles of training for you to try here at Shape Up.

COMMANDO CROSSFIT:

The focus with Commando Crossfit is a core strength and conditioning program that is constantly varied to create a stimulus like no other. Commando Crossfit begins your training with setting up goals and starting with the 9 fundamental movements (squat, front squat, over-head squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo-deadlift high pull, med ball clean). Afterwards, we will determine the type of workout most suitable for you based upon your fitness goals and abilities. This style of training will develop strength, tone, fitness and keep you on your toes as you never know what to expect each time.

KICK BOXING:

Kickboxing training is one of the single best exercise programs you can use to get fit. Here are the top 3 reasons:

1. It's exciting, in order to get any benefit out of an exercise program, you need to stick with it, and in order to stick with - it's gotta by fun.  If you find running, jogging, stationary bicycles, terribly dull, try kickboxing training.

2. Effective weight loss, Kickboxing workouts burn off an incredible 400 to 600 calories in only an hour.
