• We specialise in high intensity one-on-one 30 minute sessions to ensure time efficiency
• Our 60 and 45 Minute Sessions are tailored in include strength training, cardio-fitness, flexibility and boxing if desired
• For those people unable to make it to the centre, we have an at-home or worksite visit program where one of our trainers can come to you with minimal equipment and take you through a 60 minute training session
